Prescription Nomination

Having a nominated pharmacy allows your GP to send prescriptions directly to that pharmacy. If you would like us to be your nominated pharmacy, it’s very simple. Ring us on 01904 626181 and ask us to nominate you. We will ask for your name and date of birth, your NHS number (if known) and your verbal consent in order for us to nominate you.
