Impetigo is a common condition. It’s very contagious but not usually serious. It often resolves within 7-10 days with treatment. It is most common in children.
Impetigo starts with red sores or blisters. They burst and leave crusty golden-brown patches.
Our pharmacists are able to identify if you or your child has impetigo. They will either recommend a treatment for you or refer you to the doctor if necessary. Our pharmacists are specially trained to be able to supply medicines that usually require a prescription.
